Mumbai, Dec. 18 -- Shiv Sena (Uddhav Thackeray faction) deputy leader Sushma Andhare has claimed that police seized 45 kilograms of drugs from a resort in Savari village of Jaoli taluka, allegedly owned by Prakash Shinde, the brother of Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde.

According to Andhare, the seized drugs are valued at approximately Rupees 145 crore in the illegal market.

Andhare stated that Prakash Shinde is Eknath Shinde's real brother and had contested the Thane municipal corporator elections in 2017. She further alleged that Satara Superintendent of Police Tushar Doshi deliberately suppressed information related to the case.
