Los Angeles, March 12 -- Filmmaker Susana Fogel, who is known for co-creating the series "The Ponies", is set to take charge of the director's chair and pen the upcoming romantic comedy "Primal".
Fogel will also produce the project alongside Melissa Wells under their production banner Big Adventure, reports DEADLINE.
"Primal" follows teenage Jane, who lives most of her life online. Until, on a trip to a remote island, she meets Teddy, the sole survivor of a plane crash who lives totally off the grid. Opposites attract and a passionate romance ensues, but is put to the test when he follows her back to the modern world.
