New Delhi, Jan. 16 -- The Supreme Court on Friday issued notice to actor Karisma Kapoor on a plea filed by Priya Kapur, widow of late industrialist Sunjay Kapur, seeking access to confidential records relating to the 2016 divorce proceedings between Karisma Kapoor and Sunjay Kapur.
Priya Kapur, the third wife of the deceased businessman, has approached the apex court seeking certified copies of all documents pertaining to the divorce, including details of financial settlement and child custody arrangements.
The plea has been filed in the backdrop of the ongoing dispute over Sunjay Kapur's estate following his death.
