New Delhi, Feb. 17 -- The apex court on Tuesday raised an alarm about the rising trend of lawyers using artificial intelligence (AI) to draft court petitions.
The court has come across judgments and quotations that were found to be non-existent and inaccurate.
A bench of Chief Justice of India (CJI) Surya Kant and Justices Joymalya Bagchi and BV Nagarathna said the court was noticing pleadings that appeared to have been generated using AI tools without proper verification.
