Dharamshala, Dec. 11 -- Himachal Pradesh BJP spokesperson Sanjay Sharma on Thursday termed the three-year tenure of Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu's Congress government as a "dark chapter of betrayal and unrest," accusing it of failing on every front and reneging on promises made to the public.

Sharma alleged that the state had never witnessed such a "systemic collapse" as seen during the current government's rule, adding that the Congress celebrated this "decline" with its recent event in Mandi. He said the government has not fulfilled major promises made in its election manifesto and has instead burdened people with rising inflation.
