Chandigarh, Nov. 17 -- Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) president Sukhbir Singh Badal launched a sharp offensive against Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal during a thanksgiving rally in Tarn Taran on Monday, days after the bypoll results placed the Akali Dal in the second position.
