Chennai, Feb. 11 -- The Department of Public Relations in Stella Maris Collegefor Women today launched "Mei" (truth), a groundbreaking student fact-check clubdedicated to equipping students with critical skills to combat misinformation in thedigital age.
The initiative commemorates the 150th year celebrations of the FMM Congregationand is in association with the Tamil Nadu Government's Fact-Check Unit.
It was inaugurated by Mr. Iyan Karthikeyan, Mission Director, Fact-Check Unit, whoalso unveiled the club's logo.
