Mau, Dec. 25 -- The Special Task Force (STF) arrested a criminal carrying a reward of Rs 50,000 from Lonavala Railway Station in Maharashtra, officials confirmed on Thursday.
The arrested accused has been identified as Adam, a temporary resident of K.T. Compound, Aman Society, Kandivali, Mumbai.
He is wanted in multiple criminal cases, including a rape case registered last year in Mohammadabad Gohna.
In total, around 15 cases under various sections are registered against him in Maharashtra. Following these cases, he had been absconding, after which a reward of Rs 50,000 was announced for his arrest.
