Stalin to launch Anbu Karangal scheme providing Rs 2,000 pm to pursue education to children who lost their parents

Chennai, Sept. 14 -- Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and DMK President M K Stalin will launchyet another pioneering initiative, christened 'Anbu Karangal' scheme aimed and providingRs 2,000 per month to enable children, who had lost both their parents or either mother orfather, to pursue their education.

The scheme, which was yet another flagship initiative of the DMk's Dravidian ModelGovernment, will be launched by Mr Stalin tomorrow, commemorating the birth annversaryof DMK Stalwart, Party Founder and late CM M Karunanidhi in Chennai.
