Chennai, Sept. 12 -- The Department of Networking and Communications, School of Computing, SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST), inaugurated a three-day National Seminar on "The Rise of Blue Finance (Tamil)" today, as part of the AICTE-VAANI 2025-26 initiative.
The seminar, which concluded at SRMIST campus in suburban Kattankulathur today, focussed ondeep-sea technology, ocean acoustics, underwater acoustic sensors, and the integration of ArtificialIntelligence (AI) and computer vision to address challenges in marine ecosystems and support asustainable blue economy.
