Chennai, March 27 -- The Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research (SRIHER) organised a three-day free hands-on training programme on "Advanced Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering: Multiscale Animal Models for Translational Regeneration".
The programme, which concluded on Friday, was funded by the Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF), Government of India.
The training programme was organized by the Department of Biotechnology, Faculty of Biomedical Sciences and Technology, in association with the Centre for Toxicology and Developmental Research. 23 young scientists and research scholars from across India were selected to participate in this specialized programme at no cost, a SRIHER release said.
