Bhubaneswar, Feb. 16 -- The long-awaited inventory of gold ornaments and precious pearls housed in the treasury of Lord Jagannath's temple is set to begin soon, marking a historic exercise in preserving the heritage of the Holy Trinity-Lord Jagannath, his elder brother Lord Balabhadra, and their sister Devi Subhadra.

A high-level meeting chaired by Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Monday reviewed the detailed report presented by Sri Jagannath Temple Chief Administrator Aravind Padhee, which outlined the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to be followed for the Ratna Bhandar inventory.
