Thiruvananthapuram, Feb. 3 -- Senior Congress leader and former Leader of the Opposition Ramesh Chennithala has said the Kerala government is duty-bound to take action against those responsible for entering into the irregular Sprinklr contract, strictly in accordance with the directions of the High Court.
He said recent statements by CPM State Secretary M.V. Govindan demanding an apology were based on a complete misreading of the High Court judgment dated January 28, 2026, which disposed of the writ petitions related to the controversial data-sharing deal.
