Britain put up a fierce fight in a closely contested match but ultimately left the vibrant Bosnian capital, Sarajevo, with the silver medal after the dramatic 72-69 defeat to Spain.
Earlier on the tournament's last day, Germany secured the bronze medal, wrapping up the intense nine-day event that celebrated the exceptional skill and determination of more than 450 male and female Division A athletes from 12 European countries.
