Mumbai, July 15 -- Social media influencer Vikas Phatak aka Hindustani Bhau today withdrew a petition filed against actress Farah Khan for allegedly hurting sentiments of Hindus, after the Bombay High Court asked him to stop being so sensitive and told him not to burden the Court, which already has a heavy load, with such issues.

The court further orally questioned the petitioner if he had filed the plea to garner publicity.

A division bench of Justices Ravindra Ghuge and Gautam Ankhad were hearing Bhau's plea for registration of FIR against Khan for allegedly saying "Holi is a festival of Chhapris."

During the hearing the bench sought to know how the petitioner could be "hurt" by the comments made by Farah Khan.
