Bhubaneswar, March 26 -- Siksha 'O' Anusandhan (SOA) Deemed to be University and Central Ayurveda Research Institute (CARI) have entered into a collaborative research initiative to develop commercially viable modern formulations based on two traditional Ayurvedic oil (taila) preparations.
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between SOA and CARI, which functions under the Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences (CCRAS) in Bhubaneswar on Wednesday.
CCRAS, an autonomous body under the Ministry of AYUSH, is the apex organization in India responsible for promoting and coordinating research in Ayurvedic sciences.
