New Delhi, Feb. 22 -- The Special Cell of Delhi Police is escorting six alleged terror operatives from Tamil Nadu to the national capital after they were apprehended in a joint operation.
Initially detained by Tamil Nadu Police, the suspects were subsequently handed over to Delhi Police for further investigation. The accused have been identified as Mizanur Rahman, Mohammad Shabat, Umar, Mohammad Litan, Mohammad Shahid, and Mohammad Ujjal.
According to sources, the group is suspected of plotting a major terror conspiracy with the alleged backing from Pakistan's ISI and terror modules operating out of Bangladesh.
