London, Feb. 18 -- Six British pro-Palestinian, anti-Israeli activists of the banned Palestinian Action group are set to face a retrial over their alleged involvement in a 2024 raid on a UK office of the Israeli defence company, Elbit System, after a jury failed to reach verdicts on several key charges, which including an allegation that a police officer's spine was fractured during the incident.
The trial centres on a break-in at a factory operated by Elbit Systems UK near Bristol. Prosecutors say the group caused approximately £1 million (about $1.4 million) in damage during the raid.
