Chennai, Sept. 27 -- In a tragic incident, at least six people died of suffocation and breathlessnessand more than 15 others were hospitalised at actor-turned-politician and Tamilaga Vetrri Kazhagam(TVK)'s public outreach programme at Karur tonight.
When contacted by UNI, sources at the Police headquarters confirmed six deaths.
