Jowai, Jan. 29 -- Six Bangladeshi nationals who illegally entered India were pushed back from Meghalaya's West Jaintia Hills district late Wednesday night, a police official said.

A police official said the six persons, including females and a two-year-old boy, were intercepted by Border Security Force (BSF) troopers at Dawki area before they could move inland.

The Bangladeshi infiltrators were pushed back following a flag meeting between the BSF and the Border Guard Bangladesh.
