Mysuru, May 6 -- Amid intensifying speculation over a possible power-sharing arrangement in Karnataka, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Wednesday asserted that the Congress high command alone would decide on the continuation of his tenure, while expressing confidence that the government would complete its full five-year term.
Addressing reporters here, Siddaramaiah said he was prepared to continue as Chief Minister for the entire tenure if directed by the party leadership, in remarks widely seen as a response to recurring political discussions surrounding a rotational chief ministership formula involving Deputy Chief Minister D K Shivakumar.
