Shimla, Feb. 20 -- The Shimla district police have arrested an accused in connection with a cheque dishonour case after executing a non-bailable warrant (NBW) issued by a competent court.
According to information provided by Senior Superintendent of Police Shimla, Garav Singh, a police team from Sanjauli Police Station on Friday executed the NBW issued by the Court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rampur Bushahr, District Shimla, in a case titled M/s Mount Kailash vs. Rajesh Chauhan under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
