Ranchi, Feb. 11 -- Proposals were made and approved that various government supply requirements including sanitary napkins, notebooks and school bags for schools, mid-day meal materials, milk, fruits and vegetables will be produced by women associated with Self-Help Groups (SHGs) to ensure stable and sustainable income opportunities for them.
The decisions were taken at the 7th Governing Body meeting of the Jharkhand State Livelihood Promotion Society (JSLPS), held at the FFP Building in Ranchi under the chairpersonship of Rural Development, Rural Works and Panchayati Raj Minister Deepika Pandey Singh.
