Varanasi, Feb. 24 -- Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati of Jyotish Peeth alleged on Tuesday that the FIR registered against him under POSCO was "planned".
"What can one say about this! Everything is being planned," he alleged.
"On Mauni Amavasya, I was stopped at Sangam Nose. That same evening, the so-called Maharaj filed a case, alleging that he was passing by that route. He charged that my disciple Mukundanand ji threw him down and choked him. How can such serious allegations be made when there is such a crowd on Mauni Amavasya?" Shankaracharya questioned.
