New Delhi, March 11 -- A history-sheeter of the Shalimar Bagh area, who allegedly wanted to stab his rival, was himself stabbed during the attempt. The Delhi Police have apprehended two juveniles in connection with the incident.
A senior police official said that a call was received informing that one Devender (30) had been admitted to Babu Jagjivan Ram Hospital , with a stab wound, by his elderly mother. A police team was immediately sent to the spot.
Initially, it was reported that Devender had been attacked and stabbed. However, during the investigation, police learnt that the injured person had, in fact, intended to attack his rival.
