Chandigarh, Feb. 9 -- The Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) has expressed strong resentment over an incident at a Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) center in Bathinda, where Sikh candidates were allegedly asked to remove their 'Karas' (religious iron bracelets) before entering the examination hall. SGPC President Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami termed the incident a reflection of an "anti-Sikh mindset" and has ordered a high-level probe into the matter.
