New Delhi, Feb. 4 -- Seychelles President Dr. Patrick Herminie will be on a state visit to India from February 5 to 10 to strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries.
The visit coincides with India and Seychelles marking 50 years of diplomatic ties. During his stay, discussions are expected to focus on cooperation in maritime security, trade, development partnership, and people-to-people exchanges.
According to the Ministry of External Affairs, President Herminie will meet President Droupadi Murmu and hold talks with Prime Minister Narendra Modi on bilateral, regional, and international issues of mutual interest.
