Mumbai, Feb. 8 -- President of Seychelles Dr Patrick Herminie arrived in Mumbai on Saturday, as part of his ongoing five-day State Visit to India, commemorating 50 years of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
This marks his first official visit to India since assuming office in October 2025, underscoring the strategic importance of the visit for bilateral cooperation.
President Herminie, accompanied by First Lady Mrs Veronique Herminie, landed at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport at 11.00 hrs, where he was accorded an official reception. The airport arrival was designated as a "Photo Op: Official Only", with visual access restricted to authorised media personnel and official photographers.
