Chandigarh, Feb. 10 -- In a significant development in the high-profile sexual harassment case involving former Haryana Sports Minister and Olympian Sandeep Singh, the Chandigarh District and Sessions Court has ordered the transfer of the trial to a different judge. District and Sessions Judge HS Grewal accepted the plea filed by the victim, a junior woman athletics coach, who expressed apprehension over not receiving a fair trial under the previous presiding officer.
