Dumka, Feb. 11 -- Sensation prevailed in Jharkhand after the bodies of an unidentified woman and a minor girl were found near the busy Veer Kunwar Singh Chowk under Dumka Nagar police station limits on Wednesday morning.
Police have launched an investigation to ascertain the identities of the deceased and uncover the circumstances surrounding their deaths.
The bodies were discovered behind the office of the Dumka Police Inspector, a location considered one of the most crowded and sensitive areas of the town. Local residents alerted the police after spotting the bodies. The Nagar police rushed to the spot, cordoned off the area and began a detailed inquiry.
