Hyderabad, July 13 -- As part of the Golden Jubilee celebrations of Gandhi Gyan Pratishthan, Telangana Panchayat Raj, Women and Child Welfare Minister Dr Danasari Anasuya Seethakka paid floral tributes to the statues of Mahatma Gandhi at Gandhi Bhavan during the ongoing Mahatma Gandhi Sustainable Knowledge Summit - Swadeshi Mela.
Speaking on the occasion, Minister Seethakka commended the initiative, emphasising that organising such programs is vital in spreading Gandhiji's ideals among the people.
"It is heartening to see the ideology of Mahatma Gandhi being kept alive 50 years after the founding of this institution," she said.
