Kolkata, Dec. 2 -- Amid charged political atmosphere over the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral roll across West Bengal, scores of voter cards were found abandoned by roadside at Nabadwip in Nadia district raising speculations a blame-game between the rival political parties.

The abandoned voters cards were found lying near the Nabadwip Hospital Road's isolated place on Monday night raised alarm among the local people and on inquiry it was found most of the cards belonged to the local population. Police were informed and took possession of the abandoned voter cards and an inquiry by the local administration was initiated.
