Agartala, Jan. 24 -- Minister for Development of the North Eastern Region (DoNER) and Communications, Jyotiraditya Scindia, on Saturday laid the foundation stone for three new projects, amounting to Rs 65.26 crore, for enhancing all-weather connectivity in the hilly areas of Tripura.
On the second day of his three-day visit to Tripura, Scindia laid the foundation stone for the Kowaifung-Karbook road, the Jampui Hill road, and the establishment of a Veterinary Clinical Complex.
This aims at improving access to markets and essential services, thereby strengthening animal healthcare infrastructure and directly supporting farmers and rural livelihoods.
