Davos/Hyderabad, Jan. 22 -- In another major investment gain for Telangana at the World Economic Forum (WEF) 2026, the Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy-led 'Telangana Rising' delegation held discussions with Deepak Sharma, CEO of Schneider Electric India, during which the company explored expansion plans for its facilities in the state with an investment of Rs 623 crore.
Schneider Electric India will invest the amount to expand its existing manufacturing units at Gagillapur and Shamshabad in Telangana.
The expansion will enhance production capacity for key electrical safety products such as Air Circuit Breakers (ACB), Moulded Case Circuit Breakers (MCCB), contactors, and push buttons, officials said.
