Sanjay Raut slams Election Commission, calls Fadnavis beneficiary of 'Vote Loot'

Mumbai, Aug. 11 -- Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut has launched a sharp attack on the Election Commission (EC), calling it a "double-faced worm" and an "agent and spokesperson of the ruling party."

Raut alleged that Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis emerged as a beneficiary of the "vote loot" that was organized by the BJP in collusion with the Election Commission.

Raut's remarks came amid protests by Congress and opposition MPs across the country against alleged irregularities in voter lists. Opposition leaders, including Lok Sabha Leader of the Opposition Rahul Gandhi, have presented what they claim is evidence of discrepancies, with Gandhi releasing an analysis of a particular constituency's voter list.
