Nandurbar, Feb. 24 -- Adventure tourism in Nandurbar district received a major boost with the inauguration of a Rs 2 crore zip line project at Sitakhai Point in Toranmal.

The project, developed under the district annual plan initiative led by District Collector Dr. Mittali Sethi, is expected to attract tourists seeking thrill-based experiences.

Toranmal, often regarded as Maharashtra's second coolest hill station after Mahabaleshwar, has long been known for its scenic beauty. With the addition of the high-altitude zip line at the picturesque Sitakhai valley, the hill station is poised to strengthen its position on the state's tourism map.
