New Delhi, Sept. 4 -- The Royal Bhutan Temple at Rajgir, Bihar, was consecrated by The Je Khenpo, Chief Abbot of Bhutan, in the presence of Bhutanese PM Tshering Tobgay, union Minister Kiren Rijiju and Bihar Education Minister Sunil Kumar.
