Dimapur, Jan. 21 -- Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio on Wednesday highlighted various aspects of the state, ranging from history, struggles, economy, social issues and the special provisions enshrined in the Constitution, to a visiting media team from Gujarat at the chief minister's residential complex in Kohima.
Interacting with the media delegation, Rio elaborated about the issue of investors not coming in and the lack of factories and industries in Nagaland, as the state is safeguarded by constitutional provisions in Article 371(A) of the Constitution, which states that the state's land and its resources belong to the people.
