Itanagar, June 15 -- Rajiv Gandhi University (RGU), Doimukh, Arunachal Pradesh, has secured the 13th rank among all central universities in India in the Indian Institutional Ranking Framework (IIRF) 2025, emerging as the top-ranked central varsity in the Northeast region for the second consecutive year.
