Hyderabad, April 13 -- Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Monday accused the Centre of creating "unnecessary haste" by convening special sessions of Parliament on constituency delimitation and the Women's Reservation Bill, alleging that both issues were being deliberately linked for political purposes.

Addressing a press conference at the Secretariat, he said delimitation and women's reservation are unrelated matters and should be discussed and implemented separately with clear procedures. He alleged that the Centre was attempting to project the opposition as non-cooperative by combining the two issues.
