New Delhi, Feb. 4 -- Delhi CM Rekha Gupta on Wednesday listened to the grievances and suggestions from residents across the city during a public hearing held at the Chief Minister's Jan Seva Sadan, reaffirming her commitment to participatory governance.
Interacting with citizens, Gupta reviewed complaints related to education, healthcare, pensions, damaged roads, waterlogging and sanitation.
She instructed senior officials from the concerned departments to ensure prompt, on-the-spot resolution of issues and warned that negligence in addressing grievances raised during the hearing would not be tolerated.
