Surat, Nov. 17 -- Manipur are 180/4 in their first innings in response to Meghalaya's imposing 430 all out on the second day of their Ranji Trophy 2025-26 plate group match in Surat on Monday.
Resuming on 359/5 in the morning, Meghalaya added a further 71 runs for their last five wickets.
Overnight batters Kush Agarwal and Swastic Chettri were out for 34 and 18 respectively, while Aryan Borah chipped in with an unbeaten 23 lower down the order.
Four Manipur bowlers took a brace of wickets each - Johnson Singh (2/34), Ajay Singh (2/51), Jotin Pheiroijam (2/58) and Bishworjit (2/77).
