Bengaluru/Delhi, Feb. 2 -- The Karnataka Education Department has revised the school hours for Urdu medium junior and secondary primary schools during the month of Ramzan.
According to a directive issued by the Directorate of Urdu and Other Minority Language Schools, classes in these schools will be held from 8:00 AM to 12:45 PM for one month, starting from the commencement of Ramzan.
The decision has prompted reactions from political leaders and social organizations.
