New Delhi, July 29 -- Defence Minister Rajnath Singh today strongly condemned the United Nations Security Council's decision to appoint Pakistan as the Vice-Chair of its Counter-Terrorism Committee, comparing it to "giving the custody of milk to a cat."
Singh also questioned the legitimacy of providing global financial aid to Pakistan, stating that a large portion of any economic assistance received by Pakistan from abroad is spent on "terror factories" within its territory.
