Jaipur, April 4 -- The Rajasthan High Court today upheld the earlier verdict, delivered by its single-bench last year in August, for the cancellation of the Rajasthan SI Recruitment Exam-2021.
Delivering the judgement in the appeals filed by the successful - selected candidates and the state government against the verdict of single- bench Judge Samir Jain, the Division Bench headed by Acting Chief Justice Sanjeev Prakash Sharma held "the exam stands cancelled".
While upholding Justice Jain's ruling, the division bench however has set-aside the court's suo motu cognizance taken against the Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC).
