Jaipur, Feb. 6 -- The Rajasthan State budget for fiscal year 2026-27 will be presented in the state assembly on Wednesday next week.
Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari, who holds the Finance portfolio, will deliver her third successive budget speech in the House at 11 am on Wednesday next.
The size of the budget last year (2025-26) was of Rs 5.37 lakh crore. Keeping this in mind analysts-economists are speculating on a growth of 7 to 10 per cent in the budget funds compared to last year, and expecting the finance minister to conclude the process of finalising the budget size at around Rs 5.70 to Rs 6 lakh crore with major boost to infrastructure development.
