Jaipur, Jan. 14 -- As many as 6 women were killed and 3 others injured in a massive collision between a car and a truck along Harsawa village on Jaipur-Bikaner Highway near Fatehpur in Sikar district today.
The group of women was returning home in Fatehpur town after attending a condolence meeting in nearby Laxmangarh town when the mishap took place.
The victims, the members of extended family, hailed from Fatehpur.
The accident occurred around 4 pm in evening when driver lost control on the car at a road diversion and it rammed into the truck, a police spokesman said.
