Mumbai, April 14 -- On the occasion of the birth anniversary of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray on Tuesday issued a special message urging party workers to celebrate the day with dignity and restraint, avoiding loud DJ music and unnecessary noise.
