Jaipur, Sept. 8 -- The Rajasthan High Court today stayed implementation of the order of its single bench that cancelled the Sub Inspectors Recruitment Exam 2021.
The division bench comprising Justices Sanjeev Prakash Sharma and Sanjit Purohit ordered the stay on implementation of the August 28, 2025 order delivered by single bench Judge Sameer Jain cancelling the SI recruitment exam 2021. The division bench order was delivered after hearing the appeal of Amar Singh and other selected SIs.
While staying the single bench order, the division bench today also extended the ban on field postings of the sub inspectors recruited on the basis of the paper leak tainted exam. The single judge bench had ordered the cancellation of the recruitment exa...
