Mumbai, June 27 -- The India Meteorological Department (IMD) today issued an 'orange alert' In Konkan, Nashik and Pune region in Maharashtra while Mumbai faces a high tide alert.

The weather forecast for Mumbai on June 27 indicated generally cloudy skies with heavy rain. Temperatures may hover between a minimum and maximum of 24 degrees Celsius and 30 degree Celsius, respectively, IMD said.

As of 9 am, Mumbai is experiencing light rain with a temperature of 28degC and a precipitation level of 60%. The humidity is at 85%, and wind speeds are around 26 km/h. Scattered thunderstorms are predicted from Thursday to Friday, with temperatures between 28deg to 29degC and lows of around 27degC.
